Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale items and clearance products.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Tech products with broken seals or signs of use.

  • Fishing gear that has been used or submerged.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us with your order details.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RMA) with instructions.

  3. Ship the product back securely packaged.

4. Refunds

  • Inspected within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

  • Defective or incorrect products will be exchanged free of charge.

  • For size/style exchanges, customers must return the original item and place a new order.
